I often find it challenging to focus on work and sometimes decrease work productivity. So confused about how to find a solution?

I’ve been subscribing to Medium for almost two years to help me be more productive. Especially overcoming various shortcomings that often make me inferior.

Yes, at first, I found the Medium when searching for keywords on google related to my weak personal branding skills. There is an article, but I forgot to save it. So every day, I try to find these keywords repeatedly but fail to get them back.

Finally, I tried to go to the Medium page and subscribe. Unexpectedly there are so many interesting articles of this kind. This helps me improve my work skills and, of course, the inspiration that increases productivity.

I make the Medium a newspaper that must be read every morning. I even curated some articles in a particular folder to be repeated as a reminder.
There are many ways to find ideas, but sometimes too many ideas don’t make us more productive. The mistake I learned was how thoughts just evaporated without a plan to execute. So that, in the end, the idea remains wishful thinking that makes us feel even more helpless if we haven’t been able to make it happen.

Becoming better is the desire of everyone with a growth mindset. Medium often supplies too many ideas, making us faint to find the right time to read. The Medium is like a large community where we don’t have to be involved in all activities. I started diligently by following a few small groups of people, which I found easy to follow and implement.

Make sure only to curate some material that interests us, and we can apply it. The rest is up to you; want to read or leave. Just prioritize by reading articles that will help increase your skillset and capabilities.
